报告人简介：雷逢春，1990年在吉林大学获理学博士学位，大连理工大学数学科学bet365手机网址（退休）教授，现在BIMSA(北京雁栖湖应用数学研究院)工作。长期从事三维流形拓扑理论和应用拓扑方面的研究工作，在三维流形拓扑理论、纽结理论、低维拓扑与代数拓扑的交叉以及应用拓扑方面取得了丰硕的研究成果，先后在国际上有重要影响的数学杂志上发表研究论文五十余篇。曾获国家教委科技进步二等奖、黑龙江省杰出青年科学基金，2002年入选教育部“跨世纪优秀人才培养计划”。多次承担基金委面上项目、重点项目和海外及港澳学者合作研究基金(延续)项目，目前负责国家基金委重点项目《低维拓扑》的研究工作。现任辽宁省数学会理事长。
报告内容简介：A fnitely presented group G is called a 3-manifold group if G is isomorphic to the fundamental group of a compact connected 3-manifold. Stallings proved in 1960s that there is no algorithm to determine whether an arbitrary fnitely presented group is a 3-manifold group. If a presentation of a 3-manifold group G comes from a Heegaard splitting of the 3-manifold, it is called an H presentation of G. If G admits an H presentation, it is called an H 3-manifold group. For a fnitely presentation of group G, we show that there exists an algorithm to determine if it is an H presentation (therefore an H 3-manifold group).
In the talk, I will explain the idea to prove the result. This is a joint work with Liyuan Ma, Liang Liang, Xuezhi Zhao, and Jie Wu.
